All of our Transaction Coordinators are licensed real estate agents or brokers. Aikane is a licensed California Broker, with additional experience with Hawaii, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Washington, but if you are seeking help with another state, please let us know. We can help in any state that does not require licensure for a transaction coordinator.

Basic TC — $195

Includes:

  • Splitting/Assigning documents to appropriate checklist section

Comprehensive TC — $495

Includes:

  • Basic Services, plus:

  • Document Management

    • Oversee the creation, organization, and submission of all transaction-related documents.

  • Communication Hub

    • Serve as the primary point of contact, relaying information and updates between all parties.

  • Deadline & Contingency Tracking

    • Monitor crucial deadlines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and loan removals, ensuring all actions are completed on time.

  • Escrow Coordination

    • Initiate the escrow process, ensure earnest money deposits are received on time, and maintain communication with the escrow company.

  • Compliance & Accuracy

    • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures to ensure legal compliance and adherence to agreed terms

  • Providing completed file to clients and agent
