  • Will cover the cost of TC certification renewal ($250 every 2 years with California)

    • If you are a licensed agent/broker and not a certified TC, then we will provide $125/year to use for CEUs

    • If you would like to obtain the CAR TC Certification, we will provide $250 towards the cost of the course

    • *Must complete one transaction to be eligible*

  • 90/10 split

  • Google Voice number (if desired)

  • Ongoing training

    • CAR forms new releases

    • Company systems (Trello, Gmail, Google Sheets)
